ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Lisa.
My sessions are a manifestation of my life experience, personal healing journey, initiations and formal training. In sessions, I work with vital life force to gently guide you to greater wellbeing and wholeness.
The perspective offered by the Bio Decoding philosophy has brought clarity and inspiration to my life, helping me to integrate many aspects of my own healing journey. It has helped me to comprehend and shift deeply rooted patterns that I had carried with me my whole life. It’s a practical, grounded, logical, and profound approach that allows ancient wisdom to be integrated into contemporary life.
As we heal ourselves we are contributing to the healing of the collective and of the earth, we’re all interconnected parts of a whole living organism. To heal, to become whole, holy, to remember that which we already are, our true nature. I’ll simply show you where to look, and assist you to undo the knots where energy is blocked. Together we’ll create the circumstances for your healing to occur in a self-empowered manner.
I’m a weaver of fabrics, both literally and metaphorically. I learned to weave with Mayan women in a Zapatista community, opening a space of deep inner and outer connection. It was a practice that allowed me to build bridges of communication with local women, as I continued to develop my weaving practice in the high Andes, the Amazonian rainforest, and Patagonia. A prayer to the remembrance of the deep feminine.
My studies in Craneo-Sacral therapy taught me the power of deep listening, as I began to sense the fabric of the human body. In Bio Decoding, we are working with the invisible fabric that creates and sustains realities. In my sessions, the threads that unite sky and earth and spirit and body are being realigned.
I believe nature is our greatest teacher, as we learn to live in deeper harmony with all that surrounds us.
